New show home in Wombourne will make you green with envy
STYLED in jade and emerald green, with accents of gold, a shining example of the homes being built in Wombourne, Staffordshire, is now open for viewing.
Elan Homes has seen strong off plan sales at its Woottonbrook development and is now starting to build on that initial success following the opening of a show home.
The independent homebuilder enlisted the expertise of stylists from Edward Thomas Interiors to dress a finished example of the three-storey Stonall to help inspire buyers.
Elan regional sales director Tracey Ball said: “Strong market conditions have lead to an increase in people buying off plan and unseen, but for many people viewing remains an important part of the home buying process. The space in a home set out over three floors can be tricky to visualise and so when we were choosing which style of property to showcase at Woottonbrook, this was an obvious choice. Feedback so far is that it’s really helped people appreciate the layout of the Stonall. Visitors say the crowning glory of the property is the main bedroom with en-suite on the top floor.”
The Stonall is a semi-detached home, offering 1,220 sq ft of living space.
Andy Richardson, managing director at Edward Thomas Interiors explained: “We’ve styled the three-bedroom, three-storey townhouse at Woottonbrook with a strong, punchy colour palette. Rust, jade and emerald green feature prominently and are complemented by gold accents on furniture, lighting, mirrors and cabinetry.
“The home has plenty of space for entertaining on the ground floor. The living room is at the front of the property, and we’ve furnished the space with a pair of sofas, cosy armchair in the bay window and media unit, making this this ideal spot to relax with the family. There’s also a spacious kitchen diner with plenty of room for a four to six-seater table.
“Two bedrooms can be found on the first floor, including one styled as the perfect Instagram backdrop for a style-conscious teenager. The top floor features the impressive main bedroom with separate dressing area and walk-in wardrobes, which we’ve designed as a real retreat including luxurious velvet fabrics.”
Located on Giggetty Lane, Wootttonbrook, in the South Staffordshire village of Wombourne, offers a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes, close to the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal and within easy reach of Wolverhampton.
Current prices start from £349,000 for a Stonall, like the show home.
