21th February 2023: Homeowners in West and South Yorkshire can sell their home quicker thanks to a new buying scheme from Barratt Developments.

Moving house is considered one of the most stressful life events that a person can go through (57%), but Part Exchange aims to reduce stress by removing the sales chain. Prospective buyers can use the Part Exchange Guarantee Scheme to sell their existing property to Barratt Developments for a fair market value. If the house sells for more money, the homeowner will receive 100% of any profits made (minus estate agency fees)*.
