East Malling Homes Win Top Award

Independent housebuilder Dandara’s ‘The Sweetings’ in Kent has won the prestigious Premier Guarantee Development of the Year Excellence Award for the South of England.

Winning the title puts the East Malling residential development in the top 1% of sites inspected by the leading UK warranty and building control provider.

It’s no wonder that Dandara South East site manager Robert Reardon is smiling – it’s the third and biggest award from Premier Guarantee for The Sweetings in less than a year.

The Excellence Award is for developments of 101+ homes.
