Construction nears completion at Pembers Hill Park in Hampshire

Building work is almost complete at Pembers Hill Park in the Hampshire village of Fair Oak.

Drew Smith Homes, part of Vistry Group, has built 242 new homes at the location, including 85 affordable properties for rent or shared ownership, as well as renovating three existing buildings as homes.

There are now just 18 houses remaining for sale, including the three refurbished homes and a further choice of three, four and five-bedroom new-build houses.
