Free Financial Advice at Dandara's First Time Buyers Event in Braintree

Independent housebuilder Dandara hosted a First-Time Buyers event, at its Towerlands Park development in Braintree, Essex on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March.

The two day event offered first time buyers' free financial advice from mortgage advisors, The Mortgage Brain and Evolve.

With the number of first-time buyers in 2023 down by a fifth, the lowest it's been in a decade*, Dandara provided the ideal opportunity for those looking to take their first step onto the property ladder in a more positive 2024 property market.

As well as providing guidance on the options currently available for potential buyers, Dandara are also offering a range of incentives across selected plots including a 5% mortgage contribution worth up to £22,000 if reserved by 31st March 2024.
