Allison Homes hosts ‘Own New’ Rate Reducer event to help homebuyers access lower rate mortgages

Local housebuilder Allison Homes South West has partnered with Own New on its new Rate Reducer scheme*, making mortgages more affordable for property seekers in the South West with rates as low as 1.87 per cent**.  To enable potential home owners an opportunity to find out more about the scheme, Allison Homes South West is hosting two events this weekend, 13 April in Devon at Weavers Place, North Tawton and Primrose Meadows, Bradworthy, and a third event at Foxglove View, Buckland Brewer on 20 April.
