LRG Appointed to Manage and Maintain 82 units in the new and exclusive Aldershot Build to Rent development by Rushmoor Homes Limited at Union Yard in Hampshire
Three Sixty Space, a division of national property services group Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has been instructed by Rushmoor Homes Limited to manage and maintain 82 Build to Rent (BTR) units at the new Union Yard site in Aldershot.
Union Yard is a council regeneration scheme that will see the comprehensive redevelopment of a key area of Aldershot town centre and will create a new, revitalised and vibrant space.
The development is in the last few months of the site's development and once completed in Q4 2024*, Union Yard will have:
- 128 student units, students' study and breakout space
- 82 one and two-bedroom contemporary energy-efficient apartments
- 18 affordable homes
- 12 flexible commercial and retail units
- Makers’ yard offering smaller creative workshop spaces for small and independent businesses
- New public square linking the High Street and Union Street

The properties will be let by Romans lettings specialists in Aldershot and a high level of interest is anticipated.
