Southern expansion: Dandara set to build 85 new homes in Petersfield

Independent housebuilder Dandara is continuing its expansion in Southern England with plans to build 85 new homes in Petersfield, 15 miles North of Portsmouth. 

The housebuilder plans to create a landscape-led development that seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings of the South Downs National Park.  

Located less than a mile from the town centre, the development will include a variety of one to four bedroom homes. Construction is expected to start in Winter 2024 and the development is due to launch in the Summer of 2025.

It hosts regular markets and festivals, providing ample opportunities to enjoy theatre, music, and art.
