Local schoolchildren open new show home at Zephyr Place, Devizes

Earlier this month, award-winning, independent housebuilder Redcliffe Homes welcomed pupils from The Trinity CE Primary Academy to officially open its new show home at Zephyr Place in Devizes.

Six pupils from the school helped cut the ribbon before touring The Banbury show home, a four-bedroom detached property designed for modern family living. The visit marked an important milestone for the development, which will deliver 54 new homes featuring a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom designs.

As part of Redcliffe Homes' ongoing commitment to supporting the local community, the housebuilder has also donated and installed a new sandpit for pupils at The Trinity CE Primary Academy, a gesture warmly received by staff and students alike.

Jon Burcombe, Chief Operating Officer at Redcliffe Homes, said: "It was a real pleasure to welcome pupils from The Trinity Primary School to officially open our new show home. They brought fantastic enthusiasm and curiosity, and it was wonderful to see their excitement as they explored The Banbury.

Zephyr Place is located just a short distance from Devizes town centre and offers an ideal setting for families. The Trinity Primary School is only 100 yards away, while Devizes School is within walking distance, just 18 minutes from the development. Families can also enjoy a local play area just five minutes away, and scenic walks through the surrounding countryside, including the famous Caen Hill Locks, around 30 minutes on foot.
