Podcasters launch Annual Manual to boost agency training
The World Class Real Estate podcast is to launch a new estate agency training workbook designed to support senior agents, managers and business owners in how teams learn and develop on the job.
Co-hosts Mark Worrall and Ian Macbeth are set to unveil the WCRE Annual Manual 2026 - a practical, structured training resource built from the most valuable insights shared across World Class Real Estate podcast episodes recorded throughout 2025. The workbook aims to help agencies raise standards, improve performance and build more resilient, effective teams.
Created specifically for estate agency leaders, the manual distils key guest insights, recurring themes and real-world lessons from the podcast into a usable format focused on implementation rather than theory. Content is organised into clear topic areas including cashflow, profitability, best practice, marketing and operational improvement, with space for reflection, actions and measurable progress.
Support consistent development
Unlike traditional business books, the WCRE Annual Manual 2026 has been designed to be used within agencies as part of everyday working life: from morning meetings and one-to-ones to leadership sessions and weekly training blocks. The aim is to support consistent development without adding unnecessary complexity, giving branch managers and owners a practical framework to help create high-performing teams.
Ian Macbeth, co-host of World Class Real Estate and co-founder of Avocado Property said: "We wanted to create something that gives agents and managers a simple structure they can actually follow - the kind of training tool many of us wish we'd had earlier in our careers. This workbook is designed to be used, not just read."
Mark Worrall, co-host of World Class Real Estate, added: "The podcast has always been about helping the industry improve. The workbook is the natural next step. It's a hands-on guide that helps teams apply what they learn in a meaningful way."
Giving back to the industry
As part of the launch, a portion of proceeds from the workbook will be donated to Agents Giving, reinforcing the project's commitment to supporting both the industry and the people working within it.
The initiative also recognises the work and legacy of Sarah Edmundson and Agents Together, alongside the sector's continued support of Breast Cancer Now through fundraising efforts led by Women in Estate Agency.
Availability
The WCRE Annual Manual 2026 will be released in a limited print run, with early access available via a waiting list. Estate agencies interested in team orders or bulk purchases are encouraged to register in advance.
