National planning consultancy Boyer (part of Leaders Romans Group ) has secured reserved matters approval on behalf of Vistry Southern and Countryside Partnerships Southern for 482 homes, of which 12.8% is affordable housing, at Curbridge (located between Southampton and Portsmouth). The planning approval was awarded by Winchester City Council.
